Modern AAA launches almost always unlock simultaneously worldwide at a single coordinated moment, rather than at midnight in each timezone. Rockstar hasn't announced the exact unlock time yet — this page updates the second they do, and our homepage countdown will switch to the confirmed timestamp.
What a simultaneous launch usually looks like
The most common pattern for global unlocks: midnight Eastern Time. If Rockstar follows it, that means 9 PM the previous evening on the West Coast, 5 AM in the UK, 6 AM in central Europe, and mid-afternoon in Australia.
Rockstar has used both timezone-local and simultaneous unlocks historically, so treat this as the leading scenario, not a promise — we'll publish the confirmed table the moment it's official.
