Will GTA 6 Come to PC? What Rockstar's History Says
No PC version at launch — but history is very clear about what happens next. The realistic timeline, and what PC players should do in the meantime.
The launch platforms are PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. No PC version has been announced — and if that feels familiar, it should. Rockstar has run the console-first playbook for over a decade.
The pattern
GTA V hit consoles in September 2013 and PC in April 2015. RDR2: consoles October 2018, PC November 2019. The gap has been shrinking — roughly nineteen months, then thirteen.
If the pattern holds, a PC release lands somewhere in the twelve-to-eighteen-month window after console launch. Rockstar monetizes the wait, then double-dips with the definitive PC version.
