What Rockstar has confirmed
The Ganado is Jason's own vehicle. The Ultimate Edition adds the Ganado Retro Build, a modkit that lets you "inject some muscle and classic stylings into Jason's well-worn Vapid Ganado low-riding pickup with exclusive mods."
Official media shows the Retro Build in sunset orange with factory stripes, chrome bumpers and 434ci badged on the hood scoop. Jason's stilt-house safehouse in the official screenshots has the Ganado parked out front.
